Too Fast & Too Good.. Aaron Farrar sailing Grungle smashed all comers in the first series of 2015 in both the Handicap and Scratch after all discards were calculated. Farrar who regularly lead the fleet around all the cans, was unstoppable going into the last couple of racing weekends. Laurie Donohoe sailing his new Whittler and Steve Bray sailing Assagai who finished in the minor placings in both, tried valiantly to close the gap but fell well short in the end.
This first series had mixed sized fleets and it’s hoped that with the next series some boats that have been gathering dust at home make it back down to get good competitive fleet numbers on the water again.
